Africans came out to party in North California

African Angelz celebrated its first annual fashion show in Sacramento, California on March 6, 2010. The buzz generated about the show was matched by the red carpet festivities and the performances of the evening.

African Angelz collaborated with PalavaHut.com to create a star studded evening full of beautiful fashion, well dressed people and great performances by Koby Maxwell and Michael Blackson the African King of Comedy.

 

The fashion show featured various clothing designed by the designers such as Theresa Nartey of Tessa Creations, Kim Green Gray of The Stitch Witch, Crystal Anderson of Faces of Africa and Edgintime Harmon. Every clothing in the various line exhibited the classic designs that Africa’s best are capable of.

Another highlight of the evening was the performances by Koby Maxwell. Koby Maxwell performed songs from his latest album “I’m Aware” and provided a performance that was promised by African Angelz. The night was aslo Ghana’s 53rd Independence Day celebration and Koby  invited the collection of the diverse African audience to join in the celebration.

The night was brought to a long awaited climax by Michael Blackson the African King of Comedy. He identified with the audience and brought everyone to side bursting laughter. The night continued with celebration at after parties in the Sacramento area where stars mingled with their fans and partied all night. This event came together as planned and left people longing for the next one.
