Claude Makele, former Chelsea player, now with Paris Saint Germain has split from wife and model Noemie Lenoir.

The pair, who have a four-year-old son Kelyan together, managed to keep their split secret until now.

The 36-year-old unveiled her lookalike replacement while holidaying in Barbados.

Noemie Lenoir is making headlines of her own. She was recently seen getting cozy with Russell Simmons.

The couple split around six months ago after almost five years of marriage.
